What is a Track? A specific Track is simply the area of focus that your venture is geared towards. These fellowships in the PresenTense Summer Institute are generously supported by Jewish organizations and entrepreneurs whose goal is to invest in innovation.

The General Education Track supports fellows whose ventures are aimed towards educating in any type of theme and through any sort of medium. The goal of the venture could be to educate in Jewish values or customs, Torah, and anything that you are passionate about. Your venture could be aimed towards Jews and non-Jews alike. Mediums that can be employed could include the internet, video, television, and much more.a Educational Games/Art
The Educational Games/Art Track supports fellows whose ventures are specifically geared towards educating through a medium of games or art. Examples of mediums that could be covered, but are not limited to, include board games, computer games, comics, paintings, and graphic design.
Israel Education
The Israel Education Track supports fellows whose ventures educate in the theme of Israel; while any type of medium can be employed. Education can cover such topics as modern Israeli culture, history, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and unique Israeli communities.
European Jewish Engagement
The European Jewish Engagement Track supports fellows whose ventures outreach in any way, shape or form, to the European Jewish community. Ventures can target any size community whether it be the entire European Jewish community, the large London Jewish community, or the smaller Greek Jewish community. Ventures can also have any area of focus, such as Jewish student or elderly outreach, Aliyah support, European Jewish history, and anything else you might have an idea for.
Jewish Youth Engagement
The Jewish Youth Engagement Track supports fellows who have an idea that reaches out to Jewish youth in any way. Ventures can involve such things as social media and networking, youth groups, youth trips and programming, leadership programs, and much more.
Social Action
The Social Action Track supports fellows who have an idea that relates to social action - or collective action. Ventures that have an idea to move a group of people to enact change publicly, privately, politically, etc., will fall under this track. Ventures could include, and are not limited to, bettering socio-economically depressed communities, beautifying neighborhoods, and holding political members or corporations accountable.
Jewish Communal Innovation
The Jewish Communal Innovation Track supports fellows whose ventures involve some form of community action or betterment of Jewish communities. Fellows who have ideas that relate to focuses such as social circles and innovative philanthropy will be placed into this Track.
